Former Obama administration official 'propaganda czar' Cass Sunstein (husband of US Ambassador to UN, Samantha Power) started work at WHO this February, 2020.
He chairs WHO Technical Advisory Group on Behavioural Insights and Sciences for Health, to examine the links between health and the psychology of behavior.
Sunstein is author (with Thaler) of a book on the art of persuasion called "Nudge", used as a handbook in many state and corporate public relations departments.
