Thanks for that Gerard. I've never quite known what to make of Barrett Brown, and now even less. His explanation is not very convincing to me. He's a highly intelligent person, and can't not know that the sign he was holding discredits the protesters in the eyes of the public (besides being tactically and morally idiotic), the opposite of what they want. Whether he was behind police lines or not I don't know but will look at the pictures again.
