I took my cue from the WHO's statement that it is discriminatory and it appears that you agree with me on that count i.e. refugees drowning, 4/5th of the world population unvaccinated etc.
There are many outcome aspects one could examine, some more and some less important. The trick is to distinguish the main outcome without getting way-laid with tangential outcomes imo.
In the west, this pandemic stress-test has shown us that our political system is not up to scratch, we don't trust our government and the outcomes are chilling as in deadly. It certainly ain't compassionate or equitable. Nothing has really changed since March 2020 except that we can now see it more clearly.
As I said, I don't agree with covid passports, it isn't necessary since the vaccination system has been in place for decades and no need to database it except as in your NHS record, which is getting stolen as we speak in any case.
Talking about freedom as in Geneva convention. There is a huge unfilled hole there by accepting that one can be free to be poor or not to be in charge of one's destiny.
I'll leave it there since the subject is absolutely huge and one could talk about it until the cows come home
