Hmmm... a clue as to what? Surely the actual job of the CIA as proven by their record is international murder and mayhem to the perceived advantage of the US and they have at least been doing that quite effectively?
If you think she's saying that maybe women like her could do better at murder and mayhem than your average male, then there's no exaggeration on my part.
