Not saying one does work and the other doesn't, but there is a lot riding on the success of az and others, less so on IM.
No doubt this plays Role both in what we are told and what we feel we should believe.
If I'm works and appears to be saving lives where otherwise they wouldn't (because of economics), then we should ask ourselves what is at the root of our resistance to it, and, if the west won't accept nonwestern data, why has it not put similar money as into Western vaccines into doing it own exhaustive trials?
Is the goal to save lives or merely make money? Belt and braces doesn't seem to be a bad thing if its the former as a motivation. Or do western scientists and doctors have fragile egos enough to dismiss possible solutions from non western sources simply because they didn't think of it?
Or, doesn't it work? Or, is it dangerous? If 1., longevity isn't proved yet on our approach, if 2. Then maybe an issue. What, I guess I'm asking, is the hangup?
