If we are going to have a memorial next to Parliament it should be for all the unsung victims of the British Empire, who were slaughtered and starved to death etc. There could be a big arrow pointing to the HoP, where the descendants of the original perpetrators pontificate and carry on imperialism by other means - on the coat-tails of the US hegemon.
