It failed to shake-awake the masses despite the fact that it contained the still scandalously suppressed Feb 2001 clip of Colin Powell in Cairo stating clearly re Saddam Hussein and WMD that(quote):
"He has not developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction".
Here's a surprisingly published Daily Telegraph letter of mine re "Regaining Objectivity" (still stored on D.Tel's website - link below) on the subject which was astonishingly-astoundingly published in the Telegraph in Feb 2004.
(PS. I deceivingly wrote many dissenting letters back then using pseudonyms: many were published including two in six days in The Times, I Kid U Not.)
For this one I was a certain "Peter Hobro" from Cheltenham. "Hobro" was my mother Mollie's Nordic maiden name...and I frequently stayed in a hotel just a stone's throw from GCHQ.
