Thats hardly surprising: its straight out the US Democratic Idpol handbook alongside such things as "Intersectionality". and even less surprising that a right wing News broadcaster would seek mileage by attacking the left through using the notion of "Woke" .
The real problem was that Nels thought opposing the woke-Idpol world view meant your views naturally defaulted to "a cocktail of bigotries". As above, this is the same kind of crap we see with Sturgeon and others on the faux left in Labour who have embraced identity politics as a form of tokenism: replacing real socio-economic change which they have rejected.
