Re: Carlson, like Peter Hitchens was right on Syria, where were the “left”?
When I see Greenwald on Carlson, Carlson seems to treat him honorably, and give him a voice, basically uninterrrupted, doesn’t wait for Greenwald to leave then speak critically of what was just said, e.g. in conversation with another guest. Isn’t that amazingly better than the BBC for example would ever do?
I am not defending Carlson for having right wing views, but de facto, he does hold those views. So expectations in that area are simply in accordance with reality it seems to me - his views will be the same whether or not Greenwald is on, so the preference I am hearing, is therefore that Greenwald does not have a voice. Not that Carlson has one.
