Preparing for Passover, & hard to miss parallels: Putin as Pharaoh, Ukrainians as Israelites, sanctions as plagues. Worth noting: the plagues aimed to alter policy, not bring about regime change. & in the end the plagues (even the 10th) came up short as Pharaoh changed his mind.
