Well we've had Poles on the farm here for most of the twenty plus years we've been here, at one point it was indeed majority Polish. There's a Polish shop in town and no-one gives a monkeys toss or makes it an issue whilst the supermarket had stock of Polish traditional foods likewise.
I know Poles well enough to know that they have prejudices: often quite unpleasant ones. Very few nationalities gets a clean bill of health on that front: it comes with the territory.
