Susie Ferguson interviews---if that's the right word for uncritically accepting every word he utters---one Tom Mutch, a New Zealand reporter in Ukraine. Mutch starts every single answer with "So...." That evidently gives him time to formulate his carefully evasive wording, which he has learned is essential for his work on The Times, the Daily Beast, the Telegraph, and Radio New Zealand.
He mentions that people are putting pressure on the Ukrainian regime to "do more to help the thousand or so people still fighing inside the Azovstal steel works. However, the government is believed to be reluctant because they are traditional enemies of the Ukrainian government."
That's Tom Mutch's circumlocutionary way of saying what everyone knows perfectly well: they are Nazis. As always, Susie Ferguson fails to get him to explain what he meant by "traditional enemies of the Ukrainian government."
