Barren roof space - still a very rarely mentioned, scandalously untapped energy resource - as in:
Vast warehouses, factories, depots, hangers, airport and railway buildings, supermarkets, schools/universities, humongous /agricultural buildings, local and central government buildings, bars, pubs, restaurants, shops etc etc.

You only have to look down at the rooftops of every size and description as your plane descends and prepares for landing to see that 99.9% of roof area everywhere you look boasts not one single solar panel or (micro) wind turbine.
By "micro" I mean from 500 watts up to 10KW. Two foot diameter up to 10 foot. With or without energy storage/battery pack, grid-interactive or grid-independent.

What you don't sow, you don't reap.
Instead we get wars, geopolitics and business-as-bloody-usual.
