Quite - fwacking up our society, then blaming us for the predictable consequences.

I think it's maybe as much an issue of time poverty as it is lack of cooking skills - you need the time to learn the cooking skills, prepping, soaking stuff etc etc. I know I'm often too fwacked to do anything but chuck something from the freezer in the oven when I finish work (the laziness doesn't help either - can i blame that on the Tories too? (yeah, let's call it alienation or something )
