This was OK - a general story we've all heard many times i'm sure (not least from omnibot's pretty good ocasional artciles on the topic), but nice to have some accompanying video too. Basically, our right wing overlords got pissed off that university research/reality insisted on not being right wing enough - so they had to invent think tanks - effectively fake universities - and then get the tame media to quote them and draw stories from them
as if they were as reliable as the real thing (though since neoliberalisation kicked in, unis are often pretty much like the think tanks anyway, especially in certain subjects).
