The main problem is that the Ukrainians, not the Russians, have mined the ports
Many of the mines are old, have broken loose of their anchors and are drifting causing danger for all shipping in the area. Turkish and other vessels have reported spotting these mines far out to sea. In order to let ships leave ports, Russia has to conduct de-mining operations to create a mine-free maritime corridor. This is only really possible in areas they completely control - mine clearing whilst being shelled by the Ukrainians is a more-than-averagely perilous business. Because of the time many vessels have been trapped in ports, a lot of crew members have not been paid and have jumped ship meaning some vessels no longer have the manpower to put to sea.
Zizek should maybe drop his rose-tinted specs as far as Ukraine is concerned.
