China helped Serbia immensely with reconstruction after NATO bombing. Nice new bridges, roads, hospitals and other infrastructure.
It's relatively strange Serbs have accepted the Chinese missile system as opposed to having S 400 from RF (just history - think WW1). China takes care of its BRI nodes
