that they are "made up of odds and ends" with:
* Regular units trained but exhausted and diminished for 3 months at the front,
* Territorial units whose equipment and training are insufficient
* Nationalist units (DUK, Right Sector, Azov 2nd generation) boastful and
unmanageable,
* Poorly trained and motivated border and police units,
* New units still being formed and equipped,
* Groups of mercenaries, equipped, trained and motivated but too few in number.

With in common a second level command that is often deficient or even
incompetent and which is the consequence of a post-Soviet Ukrainian decadence
which consists in offering stripes out of favoritism and not according to proven
skills.

Following these videos, the Ukrainian command made arrests for refusal to obey,
desertion... and even authorized the use of weapons against its recalcitrant
soldiers and a member of the Rada even proposed a law authorizing their
execution immediate...

Despite their extreme repression, these behaviors are multiplying and above all
the combativeness of the Ukrainian units is less and less resistant, causing
mass surrenders from the first battles or hasty retreats from the line of
contact from the first bombardments, as for example in Krasni Liman where 500
Ukrainian soldiers surrendered after only half a day of combat while many units
took to their heels towards the South:

In Severodonetsk a section of territorial soldiers wanted to surrender to the
Chechen forces last week but only 4 managed to desert, the other twenty having

all the Ukrainian forces are in this state of operational and moral disrepair
