Yeah I don't care about pronouns, though I try to use the ones whoever I'm talking to would prefer if they care about it (I'm nice like that (virtue, signalled ), or more likely, just don't like awkwardness). I've used singular 'they' liberally for years anyway, before it became a thing (before it was cool), just because I often have trouble mixing up pronouns by accident when referring to people in conversation anyway (similarly with family relationships, eg 'his brother, no her sister, no his wife, no...' etc) - anyway they's good enough for Chaucer etc
