I think Ritter explains the situation in some, to me, convincing detail (as he understands it -- and admits some of it is conjecture and circumstantial). I don't follow your logic. But then if you're not even bothering to watch the whole thing, there's little point debating your point is there?

It will cost the UK taxpayer £132bn to decommission all the UK’s civil nuclear sites and the work will not be completed for another 120 years, according to latest estimates.
