You could start by suggesting a course on “Monarchy” or “Monarchy through the ages”. If that is too radical, call it “Constitutional government” or “Britain’s thousand years of Democracy - an example to the world” :-) Then follow Chris Hedges’ maxim on getting some of his more radical material past prison guards (successfully): He presents a prison course curriculum on “Constitution” or such like, then basically teaches revolution.
