As I've referenced, the time for Corbyn to act was after the 2017 General Election, at this time his power base was assured and he was popular with the bulk of the 500K membership, he was not popular with the majority of the PLP, which was under the mistaken belief that it, rather than the membership were the Party - all Corbyn had to do was force a split, i.e., tell the Rightist Scum PLP to F-Off, allow them to form another Party and ensure replacements for the Rightist Scum PLP members were put in place, via Open Selection, before the anticipated next election.
The reality is, you don't appease bullies, thugs or Rightist scum, you stand up to them and bugger what the MSM have to say.
As for changing the narrative, well if having Keith, Rachel Reeves and the Tories running economic policy is changing the narrative that's news to me, we had a small window of opportunity and the SCG and other soft-leftist blew it, despite many people like myself fighting the Rightist scum all the way - politics ain't nice.
