Apparently you can get 10 years for calling it a war.
Guillaume, have you anything interesting to say on the subject of Putin or Russia?
By "interesting" I mean any kind of insight that isn't part of the propaganda campaign that we are bombarded with by the corporate media every day?
We can read cheap Putin-bad soundbites everywhere and decide ourselves whether there is any truth in them: Its not why we come here.
On your "Apparently" claim its actually the Russian media that can't call it "a war" as the media regulator Roskomnadzor forbids it. Why you should think I should stick to what a Russian media regulator sets for the Russian press is I imagine the poor kind of smear that leads on to calling anyone who disagrees with western media output a "Putin apologist", In other words it says everything about you and nothing at all about me.
The ten years you claim you can be imprisoned for "calling it a war" is seemingly for "disseminating false information about Russia."
Terribly illiberal I know and of course quite unheard of in, say, the UK where you can in fact be jailed without limit for dissemination of true information about the US: just ask Julian Assange.
