I seem to remember iSAGE were frequently totally ignored by the government, especially early on - they were more likely to listen to GBD type people like Heneghan and Gupta (who sunak arranged the downing st meeting with just before the 'bodies piled high' etc) - was this the spooks working against the government? or some other 'actors'? Maybe this will be clarified in later chapters. Aside from that, interesting, though some of it's a little on the innuendo side (as I've thought before with some of klarenberg's other stuff).
