Russia would never be a threat to the US hegemony. He explains that America's
goal has been regime change in Russia every since 2000 when VV Putin was elected
president. The purpose of the war in Ukraine, the false narrative, threats, and
the billions of dollars and equipment is to weaken the will of Russians to oust
Putin and not to win the war.
