Ukrainian youngster Marta Kostyuk says seeing images of Novak Djokovic's father posing with pro-war Russian fans "hurts a lot", as she urged Wimbledon to keep its ban on Russian and Belarusian players for another year.

Kostyuk has been outspoken about the Russia war, even declining the traditional post-match handshake when facing Russian or Belarusian players, and did not hesitate when asked about the video of Srdjan Djokovic that went viral earlier this week.

Novak Djokovic defended his father after reaching the final on Friday night, saying he'd been "misused". His father opted not to attend Friday's semi final and it remains unclear whether he will be in the box for Sunday's final against Stefanos Tsitsipas.
