While I think it's a given that our politicians are largely deranged, I've wondered whether the SNP's trans lunacy is actually more about cynically exploiting this issue in order to force a constitutional crisis. Is perhaps the intention to force Parliament to block the Gender Recognition Act thereby giving Sturgeon the opportunity to say "see, we have no autonomy under the present arrangements, we need independence now"?
