Ian Bremmer started off his twenty-minute rant by telling an awe-struck Jesse Mulligan that "Russia has gone completely rogue" and that Vladimir Putin is "the most dangerous leader in the history of the world."

Mulligan's only input was to say "Mmm, mmm" occasionally, in a worried tone, and to say: "America is in the business of spreading democracy to the world."
