In essence, the latest RAND report re Ukraine war is an admission, that their earlier report that was initially positive about the proxy war against Russia, was in fact wrong. A climbdown.

As Ritter mentions, a lot of these guys working on these reports are game theorists which removes them from the reality somewhat.

The latter is also reflected in their nuclear war game plan allowing them to have the first strike option. I think it was said it would kill 'only' 100 million Americans and they would 'win'. Obviously a phantasy land. One can hope they can produce another 'climbdown' report (eyes roll).
