But the article does highlight one crucial point:
namely that the Pentagon itself is sceptical and dismissive about the media's warmongering balloonatic / baloney claims - so it's now sometimes a wrong-way-round/tail-wags-dog understatement to repeat the cliche that the MSM are merely Pentagon sock-puppets/glove-puppets/stenographers/poodles etc
This time it's our warmongering, BS-amplifying media that is downplaying or ignoring the Pentagon's scepticism.
