The leaders of the Washington Empire have lost contact with Earth. What matters is their feelings and values about what's right. Interests, reality, come second. They, the Neocons, take decisions and actions based on dogma and ideology, then they demand that 'reality' follows their lead. It's unhinged and irrational, and definitely no way to run an empire.
