Not that I agree with everything. This racist antisemite appears not to have been asked that since black people in the Americas didn't have the right to give or withhold consent to sexual relations, many modern African-looking people aren't only descended from black ancestors but white rapists too. Which bit makes them "prone to crime", the black bit or the white bit? A clue is to ask how many Africans stole the New World off its rightful owners, exterminated them and looted their property?
