It don't matter what opinion the OSCE pushes after the fact, namely Russia liberating ethnic Russians from neo-nazi aggression, what matters are the facts, them facts being breeches of the Minsk Accords by both sides of what in reality was a civil war. As the stats/facts throughout 2021 confirm, the overwhelming number of breeches of the Minsk Accords are attributed to Ukrainian forces/neo-nazis.

This is a conflict that should never had happened, that was straight forward to solve with diplomacy had both sides desired this - one side did not and that's the one that has used Ukraine for a proxy war - I won't condemn Russia for its actions as I'd be a hypocrite.
