And the likes of Gore Vidal had been caustically stating that not-quite-so ugly or systemic or obvious truth - pre-internet - for many decades before that..
And I hope or assume that Latuff is now fully aware that the media is not just a branch of or stenographers for "the White House" - unless the term "White House" is being used to signify all of America's real ruling elites and agencies - the Pentagon, the War Machine, Deep State, Surveillance State etc.
