It's as if western culture has been taken over by... aliens, but really, really, stupid ones.

The Guardian, like so much fo the mass media, is becoming increasingly detached from reality, seemingly because they are afraid of it, because they can no longer control it like they used. Too many people, all over the place, are saying 'no' way too loudly.

Only, gormless ####ers like Luke Harding, embracing fantasy, or 'storytelling' as he likes to call it, are incredibly dangerous for the survival of the western empire. The elite running the empire have to understand and acknowledge the profound difference between reality and fantasy and dogma. If they don't the empire is doomed to fall, because, at the end of the day, reality bats last.
