I've just clicked through and seen that was basically the common response on the actual thread.
It's a sign of how utterly discredited the Tories are that Labour can keep shooting themselves in the foot like this and it doesn't make any difference. We are now pretty much America when it comes to electoral politics.
...no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party...So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin.
