We seem to have slipped back into the 19th century. Today, in what is still labeled a 'democracy', we have no, serious, parliamentary opposition anymore to speak of. Not a single MP willing or able to ask a relevant question about foreign policy in Ukraine or oppose it.

One, giant, 'coservative' party with three equally horrible factions, or wings, fighting like vultures over the rotting carcas of parliamentary power. Slightly different plumages, slightly different eating habits and slightly different calling patterns; but vultures none them same.

The media, is even worse.
