So...it creates serious problems for the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (Russian controlled) and water supplies in Crimea. (Russian territory)

I therefore await the blame being put on Russia which of course previously blew its own pipeline but that was clearly not masochistic enough and its now shooting itself in both feet.
