The Russians, if one accepts his reading of events in Ukraine and his questionable logic, don't want to dictate how 'we' live; they want to 'dictate' how the Ukrainians live, especially the millions of ethnic Russians who live there.

I've noticed that the BBC/Guardian, just as an example, have 'cancelled' them almost totally from the picture. This, in almost any other context would be labeled totally unacceptable and borderline racist, by precisely these very same institutions. Their protected hypocrisy, knows no bounds. They, unlike the hapless Penn, should know better.
