Isn't it just? You would think this kind of attempt to make things sound "scientific" as if it somehow recinforces their narrative would be transparent but I bet their core readership lapped it up:

They have names for the "newly discovered events". NAMES! How scientific is that? It must have been the russians then.

And then they just casually drop this in:

How were they planning to transport the "submersible vehicle" to and from the rented yacht?

How were they going to modify the rented yacht to transport the submersible vehicle and to launch and recover it on site?

Why, if they had this information, did they constantly scream "The Russians blew their own pipleline up" until S.H. put his first story out?

That's without getting into all the logistics/space on board issues for six men, decompression chambers, explosives, etc. etc.
