And he should have anticipated it. There are at least four answers:
(1) I don’t condone what happened in Dresden it was not in my name, it was abhorrent, it had no military value, I condemn it.
“But should there have been a ceasefire instead of bombing Dresden, its a simple question, yes or no?”
(2) Did the allies push the civilians of Germany into Dresden, then put a wall around Dresden with machine guns and tanks and snipers and then bomb it after that?
“That’s just moral relativism, you are not listening to my question, should there have been a ceasefire with Nazi germany, yes or no?
(3) Well, the Nazis didn’t offer a ceasefire.
“That’s just irrelevant, they probably would have accepted an offer by 1945, so should there have been one instead of bombing Dresden, yes or no?
(4) Yes, we should have given the civilians in Dresden 24 hrs to leave before bombing it, and likewise, the 2 million civilians of Gaza should be given 24 hours to move out into Israel then Gaza should be bombed to smithereens. That’s my answer, now just f*ck off you boring c*nt.
