Seems to be from the 54th mechanised brigade ('ОМБp 54'), garrisoned in Bakhmut: https://militaryland.net/ukraine/armed-forces/54th-mechanized-brigade/ Though I couldn't find that particular flag. I also spotted the black and red Banderite flag elsewhere in the cemetery at the end of Guerin's worthy victim propaganda piece, visible at 4:40:
I couldn't find the song they were singing, 'winning the war', but it seems clear they saw their role as patriotic supporters of the war effort. Guerin herself notes that 'they sang to raise funds for troops and civilians, and to raise morale'. Not that this makes them legitimate military targets by any stretch of the imagination, but we aren't given the context of what was happening in the town at the time. Most viewers will probably assume that dastardly Russians fired on them deliberately. As usual there is no comment from Russian officials to provide the balance that Ofcom rules require. If the young women had been victims of a US or Israeli airstrike you can be sure that it would be depicted as unfortunate 'collateral damage' and military spokespeople would have been on hand to reassure that they only ever fire on verified military targets etc etc.
