[1] It was an attack on IOF soldiers, and a reprisal hostage-taking raid. Most, possibly nearly all of the "murderous attack on civilians" was by Israeli soldiers, ordered to execute the Hannibal Directive.
[2] The Palestinian resistance took hostages in order to extract concessions from the state illegally besieging Gaza. What should be unequivocally condemned is the killing of hostages and the doctrine that makes the killing of hostages a military strategy.
[3] Jesus Christ! Is this the respected scholar Norman Solomon or the infamous numbskull Piers Moron?
[4] Solomon needs to talk to the likes of Mark Regev about this.
