As Rochdale demonstrated, the WPGB has plenty of boots on the ground, what it does not have is finance, i.e., in order to participate in a General Election you are required to pay deposit of £5,000, which for the WPGB is big chunk of change.
I've already donated quite a few times to GG when standing in by-elections and have contributed £50.00 quid to the WPGB GE fund chest, currently the WPGB are planning to run 20 candidates at the next GE, which could be expanded to 60 if funds are available.
Regardless about how one feels about Galloway, fact remains we have several Left-leaning groups hoping to challenge the status quo, most are far too middle class for this oik, however, any candidate that has a chance of peeling away 5% of the vote from Keith 'Genocide' Starmer's Likud UK should be supported if they are standing in your constituency.
For me, my choices are the Communist Party, WPGB, TUSC or Plaid Cymru depending on who will challenge Labour in Torfaen, which, we won't know until the election is actually called.
