Putin’s F-16 threats could start a war with NATO, Swedish military official warns

Misleading headline...followed by gobbldegook text apparently meaning something like:" NATO believes they should be allowed to start bombing Russian forces from Nato countries with impunity.
If NATO do this and Putin responds, then I will "Putin's fault."

-Simple cause and effect is a notion clearly beyond the political and military understanding of events.
