There do seem to be a fair few holes in that though: F35 has a ceiling of 15,000m and, apparently, air detonation to create an EMP has to be at 25,000 plus. Also, the F35 being the platform for HEMP attack seems a bit weird. He's giving it the "confirmed and reconfirmed" but meh, Pepe doesn't usually come out with nonsense. Who knows?
