Just checked with Sleboda. The units that refused the orders to go to Chasiv Yar (East of Artemovsk) were 3rd assault Azov brigade and 67th Right Sector.

I find this Fraudian piece outrageous on so many levels and is thus imprinted in my memory from now on.
