The issuing of warrants is understood to only be a matter of time

Some commentators on MoA consider this a rumour started by Israel. Also, as we all know ICC has been a joke and is a poodle of the Empire and has been such for many years. I can't see them growing a pair in a hurry. ICJ is of course different.
