Dunno... it looks like that kind of scam but it's a "Crown Office/Procurator Fiscal" cosy toes production...

I really have no idea who passed this bullshit... but it does highlight the wishful thinking lunacy of the whole program which the SNP/Greens have been mooting for everyone in Scotland: where a huge percentage of the housing stock is quite clearly simply too old or otherwise unsuitable for heat pumps.

It underlined the lack of any kind of "Green" realism about what can & should be done... But it doesn't stop the politicians legislating bans and prohibitions on everything else for the sake of our imaginary future...
