Simplicius' take is better, more informed, analysis of the reshuffle. The reason I posted Fraudian and RT articles earlier was that when the news came I had no other alternatives. Fraudian being Fraudian reported it's biased perspective. RT did better, but being basically tabloid type news service did not go deep into the reasoning behind the reshuffle.
